Being responsible for mobile in your organization can be tough. Probably because you’re the only one or at least there are a few of you.
It takes a lot of work to get buy in from the top of the organization even though they say it’s important.
Let’s not kid ourselves. Mobile impacts every aspect of every business in some way shape or form. The Mobile Marketing Manager role will soon be one of the most important roles in the organization. At least those that focus on marketing.
The problem is that there is a gap between identifying a need for mobile and being able to convince others in your organization that it’s important.
That’s what today’s episode with. Rob and I identify the key things that must be done internally to bring mobile into a business properly.
