SMS (text) marketing is one of my favorite mobile marketing channels.
Many of you know this seeing as how I talk about it often as a workhorse in any businesses mobile strategy.
Some new rules coming into play are going to change how we, as business owners and marketers use SMS to communicate with our customers.
So if you currently use or were planning on using SMS marketing this is a MUST listen episode.
In today’s episode we dive into a new rule being added to the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) that goes into place October 16th 2013 that will cause marketers to update their execution of mobile marketing programs using SMS.
