Last week I had the chance to share a stage with brands like Ogilvy, GE, Time Inc, Citi and American Apparel.
Mobile Marketer hosted their holiday focused event and I got to represent Cabelas to discuss the transformation of a catalog company and how we’d be using mobile this holiday season.
It was a blast sharing the “day in the life” of a mobile marketer by covering my experiences mobilizing a large retail brand.
I ended the presentation with 5 lessons I’ve learned since getting started with Cabelas that I think really can apply to businesses big and small.
In today’s episode I share those 5 lessons and how to apply them in your own business or your clients business.
You’ll be surprised at the simplicity but within that simplicity comes a lot of challenge.
- The power of your employees
- The importance of a few extra days
- Why and when you shouldn’t worry about your competition
- What might be holding you back from leaving your legacy
